在体外培养黏附细胞时，常常需要消化分离细胞，消化分离的细胞后续进行细胞转染实验、细胞迁徙实验、细胞增殖实验、及分析检测（如流式细胞术）。对大多数应用，常用蛋白酶消化分离细胞，然而这些酶（如胰酶）对细胞损伤比较厉害，作用于细胞膜上的蛋白与基质，而且还需要淬灭失活。而Accutase细胞分离溶液是一种胶原酶制备物，可安全有效的消化分离细胞，无需任何添加血清失活操作。研究证明，利用Accutase细胞分离溶液分离细胞传代培养数代，对细胞生长形态、多潜能的标记抗原分子都维持的很正常。

	温和快速高效地消化细胞，而不会破坏抗原表位影响流式分析(图1,2)
